Bill I’s Review – 3 out of 5
A Tyler Perry production that is not typical, with no Medea in sight. It’s like an African American Meet the Parents, similar premise with a hard ass dad meeting his daughter’s beau, although in this case the dad is a super rich, snobby judge with a seemingly perfect family that in reality each member has their own secrets, unveiled as the story progresses. I had a smile throughout. Although the ending is predictable, it’s fun to watch.
